Commercial Digital Communication Permission

As KYG GLOBAL TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ., by means of this Consent Form, we hereby provide you with information regarding the electronic communications that may be transmitted to you, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (the "Law") and the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Communications, published in the Official Gazette dated 15 July 2015 and numbered 29417, as amended by the Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 4 January 2020 and numbered 30998 (the "Regulation").

Pursuant to the aforementioned Law and Regulation, any messages containing data, voice, or visual content that are transmitted electronically and for commercial purposes by means of telephones, call centres, facsimile, automatic dialling machines, intelligent voice recording systems, electronic mail, or short message service shall be deemed commercial electronic communications. Save for the exceptions set forth under applicable law, commercial electronic communications may only be sent to recipients provided that their prior consent has been obtained and such consent has not been withdrawn.

By accepting this Consent Form, you hereby acknowledge and agree to be informed of the messages and notifications to be sent to you by KYG GLOBAL TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. for commercial purposes through its website, electronic mail, online communication applications, telephone, and similar electronic media — including, without limitation, advertisements, informational notices, campaigns, promotions, discounts, opportunities and benefits, satisfaction surveys, questionnaires, congratulatory and well-wishing messages, and invitations to events; that, within the scope of these activities, KYG GLOBAL TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. may contact you by transmitting commercial electronic communications of every kind containing data, voice, or visual content by means of electronic mail, short message service, telephone, and similar instruments; and that, where required, the relevant records may be shared with the competent Ministry.

Acceptance of this Consent Form shall remain in effect until such time as you exercise your right of withdrawal; the absence of consent shall not affect the services to be provided to you by KYG GLOBAL TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. You may, at any time and without being required to provide any justification, opt out of receiving commercial electronic communications transmitted by KYG GLOBAL TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ., and you may withdraw your consent to the transmission of commercial electronic communications at any time by contacting us at 0850 308 48 28 or [email protected]. The transmission of commercial electronic communications shall be suspended within three (3) business days following the date on which your opt-out notification reaches us.
